All full submissions will be subjected to a thorough blind review by at least three reviewers. Papers should be up to 12 pages in English, including bibliography and well-marked appendices. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register with the workshop and present the paper.

The submitted full paper should be formatted in LaTeX2e according to Springer LNCS style. A sample LaTeX file for full papers may be found here here

For uploading the paper to the submission page (cf. below), the paper must have PDF document format. The paper must start with a title, a short abstract, and a list of keywords. However, it should be anonymous with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, nor obvious references.

The CRITIS '09 PC uses the EasyChair conference management system to manage the submission of abstracts and full papers. The URL of the submission page is:

It will be used for the abstracts and the full papers.

If you have never used EasyChair before, you need to apply for an account. Below the login form you will find a link to apply for a login. You will be asked to type in a few information. After you typed your email address and the other information, please make sure that you did not forget to also type in the displayed special words (distorted to disable OCR).

Typically, after supplying your information, it takes only a few seconds before you receive a one-time link for registering at EasyChair. Please follow that link, type in your user id and password, and you will get access as an "author". If you already have an EasyChair account, you can use the user id and password of this one for logging in at the submission page. After you logged in, please select the CRITIS '09 conference. You also may have roles in other conferences that differ from "author".

Your role for submission to CRITIS'09 must be "author". You can change your role by using one of the menus that EasyChair offers.

As in the case of all previous CRITIS events, post-proceedings are planned to be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. Pre-proceedings will appear at the time of the conference.

Revised and/or extended versions of outstanding papers from the conference will be published, on the base of their arguments, in a special issue of the International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Protection (Elsevier) or in a special issue of the International Journal of System of Systems Engineering (Inderscience).
